Volcano dome. This old volcano crater formed over many parts of the lava outflows. From its 1754 m, the Mézenc valiantly dominates all the volcanic relief of Haute-Loire and Ardèche.

Access: car park of the Cross Peccata (43) and Boutières (07). 2 hours hiking (AR) 4 km, 250 m elevation.
